Usually, alarm 6 “No Pellets” indicates a lack of pellets and consequently a low smoke temperature.
The alarm is triggered whenever the smoke temperature is below a certain limit, defined by parameter 8-6-28 – OFF Threshold in the technical settings of the stove.
In most cases, the alarm occurs when the pellet silo has run empty.
If the alarm is triggered even though the pellet silo contains enough pellets, please follow the instructions below to identify the issue.
1. Make sure the smoke temperature sensor is positioned correctly.
It must be inserted completely and be sealed tightly.
2. Make sure the auger runs at regular intervals.
Can you hear the auger motor? Can you see pellets falling into the brazier?
