Usually, alarm 6 “No Pellets” indicates a lack of pellets and consequently a low smoke temperature.
The alarm is triggered whenever the smoke temperature is below a certain limit, defined by parameter 8-6-28 – OFF Threshold in the technical settings of the stove.
In most cases, the alarm occurs when the pellet silo has run empty.
If the alarm is triggered even though the pellet silo contains enough pellets, please follow the instructions below to identify the issue.
1. Make sure the smoke temperature sensor is positioned correctly.
It must be inserted completely and be sealed tightly.
2. Make sure the auger runs at regular intervals.
Can you hear the auger motor? Can you see pellets falling into the brazier?
If the auger turns correctly and delivers pellets, please follow the instructions below and change the settings:
1. Press button 3 to enter the menu and choose menu 8 – Technical Settings using buttons 5/6.
Confirm with button 3.
2. To enter the technical settings, you must first go through the code system.
Use the buttons 1/2 to change the value on the screen from 00 to 99. Then click through A0 all the way up to A9. Stop at A9 (your access code) and confirm with button 3.
3. Choose menu 8-6 – Factory Settings using buttons 5/6.
Confirm with button 3.
4. Choose menu 8-6-02 – Start Minutes and set the value on 3 (minutes).
Choose menu 8-6-13 – Minimum Threshold and set the value on 40°C.
Choose menu 8-6-28 – OFF Threshold and set the value on 45°C.
5. Press button 4 several times to leave the menu and return to the main screen.
