This article applies to the following stoves: Aduro 3, 4, 6, 6SK, 8, 10, 11, 14, 14.1, 16, 19 and 20.
Difficulty: Medium
Time consumption: 15 minutes
Tools: 4 mm Allen key, 3 mm Allen key
Components: 1 handle, 1 brass washer, 2 tightening washers, 1 M4 hex screw and 1 M5 hex screw
Please follow these instructions to install the new door handle:
1. If a handle is already installed, uninstall this by unscrewing the two screws and remove the handle.
2. Mount the new handle by placing the handle claw inside the slit in the door:
3. Place and hold one of the tightening washers in the slit behind the hook-part of the handle, towards the glass. When placing the washer, align the hole in the washer, the top hole in the door and the hole in the handle as much as possible:
4. Place a tightening washer and the brass washer on the M5 hex screw. The brass washer must be placed closest to the head of the screw. Now put the screw through the upper hole in the door, through the door handle, into the threaded hole, and screw it into place:
5. Insert the M4 hex screw trough the bottom hole in the door, through the slit in the handle into the threaded hole, and screw it into place:
6. When the handle has been installed, the roller-fitting should be adjusted to the handle to ensure the right fit and closing. The top screw determines how far out the roller is positioned, and the bottom screw tightens and stabilises the fitting when the right position is set:
