For most of our stoves, the production number can be found on the rating plate at the back of the stove. For some models, there are special exceptions:

• Aduro 5 and 5.1: have a punched-out production number on the door + rating plate on the back of the stove.
• Aduro 13 and 13.1: find the production number on the rating plate on the inside of the leg of the wood burning stove.
• Aduro 9.4 and 15.3: find the production number on the rating plate underneath the stove.
• Aduro Hybrid and P5: find the production number and the serial number/UUID on the inside of the lower front door. The production number is located on the type label, and the serial number/UUID is on the small label. 
• Aduro Pellet Stove P1 and P4: find the production number and UUID number on the back of the stove. The production number is located on the type label, and the UUID number is on the small label.
• Aduro bio stove: find the production number on the rating plate underneath the stove.
